Welcome to RPG-Connect! This community was designed as the middle ground for rpg advertising communities on insanejournal. When I was browsing IJ, I came across two types of ad communities: the over-restricted and the under-restricted. To me, most of the communities had lost it's personal touch with the roleplaying world. Here at RPG-Connect, our goal is to help quality players and games find one another. Are you looking for a home to place your character or find a person to fill your roleplaying needs? Do you want your game ad to reach the right kind of people? Look no further because you'll find that here.

With every community there are a few rules to go along with the territory. While we won't delete your post or cancel your membership for minor discretions, we expect our members to respect these rules:

1. All posts must be tagged with all appropriate tags. This is so members can easily find what they're looking for. If we find a post without tags, we will inform the poster to make the necessary changes.
2. Group ads are allowed but please do not spam this community. You may post your ad once a week and that is all.
3. Requests for PSLs, Characters or Pbs, likewise, will only be allowed to post once a week for the same request. If you are making a secondary request, you may make a second post in this journal but please try to restrict these requests to one post if you can.
4. This community is to promote quality players and games. If we feel your game or cdj is incomplete we will contact you first before we pass judgment.
5. With that said, we will happily review your game or journal if you would like some pointers. Requests can be made directly to our PM or Dropbox HERE. A request form can be found there.
6. We accept all genres of rp and type.
7. If you are posting a game ad, please make sure your images and tables width are no larger that 500 pixels.
8. The most important rule here is do not be rude. Rudeness is never tolerated and we will ban any member in violation of this rule. If you want to bad mouth another player, you can visit rpvents.

• Please also note: Any server, including LJ, Tumblr, forum, AOL, can post in this community as long as you meet all the other requirements.
